2021 Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Day

The second Friday of each August, CAEC traditionally hosts its Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Day at our West Operations Center (74 County Rd. 578, Verbena). The event features entertainment, food, door prizes, children’s activities, a brief business meeting and voting for our Board of Trustees. In 2020, due COVID-19 and concerns for the safety and well-being of both our members and employees, we held our first Virtual Annual Meeting.
Members also voted for Trustees by mail for the first time in 2006 and the revision of the co-op’s Bylaws. Members approved a change in the cooperative’s bylaws in 2005 to allow mail voting.
