How would you like to monitor your home’s energy usage at anytime?
To access this service, click Member Login at the top right of the page, then select then select “Usage History” under the My Account tab, and sign in with your existing credentials or create a user name and password by following the step-by-step directions. Or, on a smart device, use the CAEC Mobile App, (iPhone/iPad or Android) and sign in with your existing credentials or create a user name and password.
CAEC members can take advantage of a free online service that offers many benefits, including:
- Daily usage and high usage alerts.
- Hourly usage viewing – We publish your energy usage (in 60 minute intervals) to your member portal by the end of each day. These hourly readings will help you pinpoint when you are using the most electricity.
- Note feature – Once you are logged in to your account, you have the ability to add notes by double clicking on the day’s usage within the graph, which can help you keep track of events that may have affected your usage that hour. Some examples may be to mark the day when a new A/C unit was installed, overnight guests were visiting or an improvement project was completed.
- Additional account management features – By using the CAEC website and/or the CAEC mobile app, you now have access to more account management options when monitoring your daily usage. You can update your phone number(s), view your bill, request a payment arrangement, sign up for automatic draft payments, change your alert preferences and much more.
