The Online Customer Service Portal is a secure extension of CAEC’s customer service options that allows you to access your bill any time, anywhere. To access the portal, click the green Member Login button on the top right side of this page.
To create a username and password, click Sign in > Create Account > List your account number, the last 4 digits of your phone number on file and the last 4 numbers of your SSN on file, then select Continue. If you aren’t yet signed up, you can still make a payment. Simply choose Quick Pay then enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your phone number on file, and you will be able to make a payment. Once you log in, you can access the last 24 bills on your account.
The portal isn’t just for paying your bill, though. You can also find energy saving tips and more! You can elect to receive energy usage reports daily by text, email or push notifications. There’s also an Analyze My Bill option that will walk you through a wizard that will suggest ways you can conserve energy. You can also report outages via the portal! Choose the More menu, then select Outage. You can also check the box to receive an automated call when the power is restored.
