CAEC held its Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Day on Aug. 14, 2015 at its West Operations Center in Verbena, Ala. In the organizational Board meeting immediately following the Annual Meeting, CAEC Trustees elected Terry Mitchell of Stewartville as Chairman of the Board, Charles Byrd of Deatsville as Vice Chairman and Mark Presnell, Sr., of Wetumpka as Secretary/Treasurer. These officer terms will run through the 2016, Annual Meeting, scheduled for Aug. 12, 2016.
