Nominating Committee meets (Article IV, Section 4.05).

May 9 (Friday/91 Days prior to Annual Meeting)

Nominating Committee posts slate of nominees for Districts 2, 5, 9 and the At Large Position at all CAEC customer service centers and on CAEC’s website, www.caec.coop (Article IV, Section 4.05).

May 20 (Tuesday/80 Days prior to Annual Meeting)

Nominations by petition must be received by 4:30 p.m. (Article IV, Section 4.05).

All nominations by petition will be verified and posted at CAEC customer service centers and our website, www.caec.coop (Article IV, Section 4.05).

July

Alabama Living magazine will include all candidates’ names. Mail-in ballots will be mailed to Members.

July 24

Record date for voting (Article III, Section 3.07). Must be a member by this date in order to vote.

August

Magazine will include CAEC’s 2024 Annual Report. If you choose to vote at Annual Meeting, bring your registration form to the meeting.

August 1

Deadline for mail-in ballots to be postmarked (Article III, Section 3.05).

August 8

Annual Meeting, Jefferson State Community College, 1850 Lay Dam Road, Clanton, 1.3 miles west of Exit 212 on I-65 (4 p.m. registration, 6:00 p.m. business session). Board Election results will be announced.
