Central Alabama Electric Cooperative invests in our communities to improve the quality of life.
Our involvement takes the form of personal commitment by employees as well as donations and contributions to schools and civic organizations. We invest in education, leadership and partnerships that build both the human and physical infrastructure of our communities, thereby contributing to our area’s economic well-being.
We understand the commitment that people have to their local communities because among them are the men and women who work for CAEC. You will see cooperative employees who volunteer in every level of their communities — from church leadership and civic involvement to youth recreation and elected office. They participate in job fairs, serve on advisory councils and participate in numerous activities that help shape our leaders for tomorrow.
CAEC supports its employees’ interests in their communities and encourages their active roles as leaders and volunteers.
