It is important to us that we meet our members where they choose to do business with us, so beginning February 2, we’ll have more team members dedicated to answering our increasing phone call volume by closing our lobbies on Mondays and Fridays. But not to worry! Our professional team will continue to be fully staffed and available by phone or via drive-through during normal business hours Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with lobby service available Tuesday – Thursday. Our Clanton, Rockford, and Wetumpka branches will also continue closing from 12 p.m. – 1p.m. for lunch. See below for a full list of our lobby locations.

This change, which addresses the number one way members contact us, will also help reduce call hold times. At CAEC, we look for ways to serve our members efficiently while being good stewards of resources and controlling operational costs, and this change allows us to do just that.
