While original ballots were inserted in the July issue of Alabama Living magazine, we experienced a printer error causing some ballots to be illegible. Due to this error, we are sending all members a duplicate ballot to ensure their voice is heard and they are able to participate in one of our core principles: democratic member control.

We apologize for this error and ask if your ballot from Alabama Living magazine does not clearly depict your member information, or if the return envelope is missing, please use, complete and return the mailed ballot and envelope. Only one ballot per membership will be counted in the election and entered into the prize drawings.

As always, you may bring your completed ballot to the 2023 Annual Meeting on Aug. 11, 2023, at our West Operations Center in Verbena. Returning your ballot through either method will qualify you to receive a $5 bill credit on your September CAEC bill and enters you into the prize drawings, including the $500 grand prize. You do not have to be present to win.
