Join us in person or virtually for our 2025 Annual Meeting!

On Friday, August 8, CAEC members will have the opportunity to partake in the most unique benefit of cooperative membership – Democratic Member Control – during our Annual Meeting.

Location change

This year’s Annual Meeting location looks a bit different. In previous years, we’ve held this event at our West Operations Center in Verbena, but this year we’re taking the party to Jeff State Community College in Clanton. But not to worry; even though the location may be different, you can still expect a memorable and engaging Annual Meeting experience.

Along with catching up on the latest happenings at CAEC, this year’s indoor, carnival-themed event will feature food, games, entertainment, energy efficiency information and the chance to make your voice heard during the trustee election. Whether in person or online, attending members will receive an additional $10 September bill credit. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate virtually.
