Central Alabama Electric Cooperative’s (CAEC’s) new service center in Rockford opened for business on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The new service center features a convenient drive-thru window, secure night drop and ample parking for its members and employees. The new office is located adjacent to Dollar General on Highway 231 in Rockford. Operating hours will be 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“We appreciate the patience of our members during this construction process and look forward to serving our members in the new service center,” said Chuck Billings, CAEC Vice President of Customer and Energy Services.
